Shipping Policy

We currently deliver orders across Pakistan.

Shipping Charges:
• Orders below Rs. 1,500: Rs. 250 delivery charges
• Orders of Rs. 1,500 or above: Free delivery

Delivery Time:
Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days after confirmation. Delivery may take longer during public holidays, sales, severe weather, remote-area delivery, or courier delays.

Order Confirmation:
Cash on Delivery orders may be confirmed through a phone call or WhatsApp message before dispatch. Orders with incomplete or incorrect contact or address details may be delayed or cancelled.

Delivery Attempts:
Customers must provide an active phone number and complete delivery address. If the courier is unable to contact the customer or the parcel is refused, additional delivery charges may apply if the order is shipped again.

Order Tracking:
Tracking details may be shared by SMS, WhatsApp, email, or through the courier service after dispatch.

Damaged or Incorrect Products:
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. Share clear photos or a video of the parcel and product so that we can review the issue.
